I work as an internal medicine physician in Tokyo. At the request of a colleague, I cover shifts at several hospitals.
Recently, I managed to set up a camera successfully at a gynecology clinic I frequently visit for consultations.

① (Description of First Half)
The daughter of a woman who comes for check-ups every year came in for her exam this time. She is a genuine, real-life high school girl.

As usual, I started by using a stethoscope, followed by a breast examination.
Her mother was waiting in another room, but I felt like I was doing something very wrong.

During the breast palpation, she was finally stripped bare, and her expression when she couldn’t resist was utterly adorable.
I’m not exactly a sadist, but I don’t think any man would dislike watching a woman in a clearly weaker position strip naked right in front of him.

During the breast ultrasound, I gave her what was likely her first-ever nipple teasing. Her squirming movements were just too cute.
After the ultrasound, I wiped off the gel. Unaware that she was being filmed, she felt safe because I wasn’t there, and her changing clothes was captured clearly.
Of course, she underwent further examinations afterward.
