To kick off our full-scale scouting operations, we started taking applications on a certain blog.
I’m blown away by the sheer number of girls who want to become idols or celebrities.
As expected, the girls who apply on their own initiative tend to be very attractive.
Occasionally, we get some delusional, ugly fatties, but we weed them out right at the photo interview stage.
Normally, unless a girl has a decent amount of self-confidence, she wouldn’t even dare to apply.
In other words, we’re dealing with girls who have already filtered themselves by looking in the mirror.
And since I’m the one making the final cut, at the very least, they’re solidly average or better in the looks department.
Miwa Yasuda is definitely top-tier.
Her features perfectly blend “cute” and “beautiful,” giving her a gorgeous Japanese look that’s a perfect half-and-half mix.
Give her a few more years, and she’d fall completely into the “stunning beauty” category, looking like she could easily become a model.
But right now, her face still retains a youthful charm.
Contrary to her gorgeous looks, her personality is incredibly fun.
She’s super frank and easygoing.
Her way of speaking is all soft and sweet.
That gap between her looks and personality is just irresistible.
